OUR APPROACH
We triage first.
We scope second.
We ship third.
Most consulting engagements begin with a six-week discovery phase that produces a deck. Ours begin with a 25-minute conversation to find out whether your problem is real and whether we're the right firm to solve it — before anyone spends money.
THREE STEPS · EACH EARNS THE NEXT
A process built by operators
who hate wasted time.
Every PA engagement follows the same three steps. We don't skip steps — and we don't extend them. The goal at each stage is a single, clear decision: go forward or don't.
The 25-minute triage.
A direct conversation with a partner — not a business-development call, not a demo. You describe what's stuck. We tell you whether it's a problem we can help with, which of our three solutions it maps to, and what a typical engagement looks like. If it doesn't fit, we tell you that too, and point you toward someone who can help.
Most intros end with a clear next step. Sometimes that's a working session. Sometimes it's a referral. Occasionally it's "you don't need us yet — here's what to do first."
The 2-hour working session.
By invitation only, after a qualified intro. Two operators. Your actual problem on the table. No deck, no discovery framework, no "we'll go away and come back with ideas." We work the problem live.
In the first hour we map your current state against three plausible futures and quantify where the gap lives. In the second hour we identify the single highest-leverage move — the one that fixes 80% of the problem — and why the other 20% isn't worth fixing first.
You leave with a two-page decision memo: what to change, what it's worth, what it costs to execute. Take it to your board.
The scoped engagement.
If the working session confirms fit, we scope a focused engagement built around one of our three signature solutions. Engagements run 4–12 weeks, deliver against fixed outcomes, and are led by the partners who ran your intro and session — not handed off to a junior team.
We don't do retainers. We don't do open-ended advisory. Every engagement has a defined output: a commercial architecture, a margin model, a company operating system, a board narrative. You know what you're buying before you sign.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
Four positions most
consultants can't hold.
Operators triage. Consultants scope.
We'd rather tell you in 25 minutes that your problem isn't ours than build a six-week discovery phase that pretends it is. The intro exists to qualify both ways.
The ceiling isn't the model. It's the organization.
Better AI doesn't fix a company that can't absorb it. The firms pulling ahead treat governance, pricing, and organizational learning as one system — not three separate initiatives.
If the CFO can't defend it, the board won't approve it.
Every pricing model we build survives three compute-cost scenarios. Every engagement ships a two-page memo the CFO can walk into a board meeting with — not a 200-slide deck.
A system you run beats a framework you admire.
We don't hand you a blueprint. We build the operating layer your people can actually run on Monday — and make sure it doesn't walk out the door when the engagement ends.
Step one is
a 25-minute conversation.
We'd rather spend 25 minutes learning whether your problem fits our practice than send you into a long process that wastes both our time.
